– 20g diced carrots
– 20g sliced green onions
– 20g diced onions
– 20g diced tomatoes
– 20g sliced mushrooms
– Olive oil
– Black pepper
– Salt
– Soybean paste
– Soy sauce
– Shredded meat
Preparation Steps for Tomato Pasta with Meat Sauce:
Step 1: Boil the pasta in an adequate amount of water until cooked, then drain and let it cool.
Step 2: Cut the shredded meat and marinate it with a little oil, soy sauce, and sweet potato starch; set aside other prepared ingredients.
Step 3: Heat the pan with cold oil.
Step 4: Stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color, then add carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions. Add tomato sauce, soybean paste, and soy sauce to continue stir-frying until the flavors are well combined.
Step 5: Add the pasta and mix for about 1 minute until it’s almost done.
Step 6: The dish is now complete…
