Italian Bacon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients for Italian Bacon Pasta: Pasta 250g, Bacon 100g, Brown Fruit Oil as needed, Tomato Sauce 250g, Onion half, Tomato half, Carrot half.
Method: Step 1: Boil the pasta for 10 minutes (add a pinch of salt and oil), then drain. While the pasta is cooking, dice the carrots, onions, and tomatoes for later use, and fry the bacon, then dice it as well. Step 2: Pour a small amount of brown fruit oil into the pan (olive oil should be used, but I substituted with palm fruit oil from home), and fry the onions and carrots in sequence. Step 3: Add the tomatoes and continue frying. Step 4: Add the bacon. Step 5: Once the tomatoes release their juices, add the tomato sauce. Step 6: Stir well. Step 6: Add the previously boiled pasta. Step 7: Serve and plate.

Cooking Tips: 1. Due to the children’s hunger, the bacon was not thawed and was directly fried in the pan, resulting in less bacon being used. You can adjust the amount of bacon according to personal taste. 2. You can also sprinkle some black pepper before serving.
