Italian Macaroni Recipe with Tenderloin

Ingredients for Italian macaroni include tenderloin, onion, tomatoes, macaroni, tomato sauce, carrots, and black pepper.
Method:


Step 1: Julienne the tenderloin, tomatoes, onions, and carrots. Marinate the meat with soy sauce, cooking wine, and a pinch of salt.


Step 2: Boil the macaroni in water for approximately 15 minutes until cooked.


Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onions until fragrant, then add the meat and cook until done.


Step 4: Add tomatoes and carrots to the pan and stir-fry.


Step 5: Incorporate tomato sauce and black pepper, then add water and simmer until the sauce thickens.
