Olive and Ham Fresh Veggie Pizza Recipe

Ingredients for Olive and Ham Fresh Veggie Pizza:
High-gluten flour 130g, Whole wheat flour 30g, Milk 100g, Yeast 3g, White sugar 5g, Salt 1g, Olive oil 10g, Mozzarella cheese 150g, Ham sausage 1, Tomato sauce to taste, Peas to taste, Green olives to taste, Black olives to taste, Purple onion 1, Carrot half.



Method for Olive and Ham Fresh Veggie Pizza:


Step 1: Combine high-gluten flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, and milk in a mixer bowl to form a smooth dough.


Step 2: Take out the mozzarella cheese and defrost.


Step 3: Pour out the black and green olives and rinse them.


Step 4: After kneading the dough, let it rise for about 20 minutes.


Step 5: Roll out the dough into a round shape and place it on a 9-inch pizza pan.


Step 6: Use a fork to poke holes to prevent the dough from puffing up during baking.


Step 7: Cut the onion, ham sausage, and carrot into small pieces and stir-fry with peas to remove excess water.

Step 12: Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese.


Step 13: Bake at 230 degrees for another 10 minutes until golden brown.


Step 14: Take out, arrange green and black olives on the pizza, cut into pieces, and serve. It’s rich in nutrients and tastes great!
