Dumpling Skin Pizza Recipe

Ingredients for Dumpling Skin Pizza:
– Dumpling Skins: 9 pieces


– Carrot Dices: 15g


– Corn Kernels: 15g


– Peas: 15g


– Shiitake Mushroom: 1 piece


– Bacon: 2 slices


– Pizza Sauce: as needed


– Mozzarella Cheese: as needed



Method for Dumpling Skin Pizza:


Step 1: Prepare corn kernels, peas, and carrot dices.


Step 2: Clean shiitake mushroom, remove the stem, and dice it; dice bacon as well.


Step 3: Prepare dumpling skins, mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce.


Step 4: Boil water in a pot, blanch carrot dices until cooked, then drain and set aside.


Step 5: Blanch peas until cooked, drain the water, and set aside.


Step 6: Blanch corn kernels until cooked, drain the water, and set aside.


Step 7: Place dumpling skins on a non-stick baking tray.


Step 8: Brush pizza sauce on the surface of the dumpling skins.


Step 9: Add all the prepared ingredients.


Step 10: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.


Step 11: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat), place the tray in the middle rack, and bake for 10 minutes.


Step 12: Bake until the cheese on top melts and turns golden brown.


Step 13: The finished product is ready.
