Step 2: Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
Step 3: Blend the dragon fruit with milk into a juice.
Step 4: Pour the milk and dragon fruit juice into the egg yolk, and mix well.
Step 5: Sift in the cake flour.
Step 6: Stir until smooth.
Step 7: Add 2 drops of white vinegar or lemon juice to the egg white, then add 8g sugar in three portions. First, add sugar and beat until frothy with large bubbles.
