Method:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: Mix the flours, add sugar and milk, and stir well until combined.
Step 3: Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a dough forms.
Step 4: Incorporate the butter and knead until fully integrated.
Step 5: After kneading the dough, stretch it several times and roll it into a circular sheet for later use.
Step 6: Use a tool to carefully cut through the orange skin, keeping the fruit intact, and peel off the skin.
Step 7: Wrap the intact orange with the Snow Meiren skin.
Step 8: Place it in the orange skin, and draw a nose and eyes for decoration.
