Authentic Italian Meat Sauce Recipe

Ingredients for Italian Meat Sauce:
200g Italian pasta


500g mixed pork and beef minced meat


1 onion


6 cloves of garlic


20g olive oil


300g water


2 tomatoes


30g tomato sauce or ketchup


2 tablespoons salt


Black pepper to taste


Parsley to taste



Steps for making Italian Meat Sauce:


1. Fry the ginger, garlic, and spring onions in a pan, then discard them. This step can be omitted.


2. Sauté the onion and minced garlic.


3. Once the onion turns white, add the minced pork.


4. Add the minced beef, I used 250g of pork and 250g of beef, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.


5. Add two finely chopped tomatoes, removing the skin is better.


6. Stir-fry.


7. Add tomato sauce or ketchup.


8. Add two tablespoons of salt, a bit of sugar, a splash of cooking wine, and water. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.


9. Boil water and cook the Italian pasta for 8 minutes.


10. The taste of Italian meat sauce pasta is particularly delicious.


11. Bake a tray of chicken wings to accompany the meal.
