Authentic Italian Sauce Recipe

Ingredients for Italian sauce: tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, garlic, onion, sugar, black pepper, butter, cheese, and minced meat.
Step 1: Boil a pot of water. While waiting, slice the garlic and finely chop the onion.

Step 2: Once the water is boiling, make a cross on the top of the tomatoes. Blanch the tomatoes in the boiling water to loosen the skin, which can then be easily peeled off. Dice the tomatoes and set aside.

Step 3: Fry the minced meat until cooked through, then set aside.

Step 4: Next, sauté the sliced garlic and finely chopped onion until fragrant.

Step 5: Add the diced tomatoes and cook until the juice is released and the tomatoes start to break down.

Step 6: Add water or milk, sugar, and black pepper. Once it starts to simmer, add cheese or cream to enrich the flavor. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Step 7: The result is a delicious and rich sauce.

Step 8: Serve with Italian pasta for a delightful meal. Although the cup is from a takeout store, the milk tea is homemade. Pairing it with milk tea in the afternoon is simply delightful.

Step 9: Remember to toss the pasta with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. Adding cheese or cream to the sauce makes it even more aromatic and rich in flavor.

Cooking tips: Adding cheese or cream to the sauce enhances the aroma and richness of the flavor.
