Ingredients for Basic Italian Macaroni:
– Macaroni
– Potato 1
– Carrot 1
– Onion 1
– Tomato Sauce 1 bag
– Milk half a bag
– Pasta Sauce 3 tablespoons
– Water a little
– Ham 1
– Butter a small piece
Instructions for Basic Italian Macaroni:
1. Heat the water until it boils, then add macaroni. At this time, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt and a few drops of olive oil to prevent it from sticking together. Cook for 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the pasta package. If it’s not cooked enough, add an extra minute. Once cooked, place it in a container.
2. Dice the carrots, potatoes, and onions, then blanch the carrots and potatoes in boiling water.
3. Heat the butter in a pan, then add the onions and stir-fry for a few moments before adding the potatoes and carrots. Pour in the milk and wait until the sauce thickens. Add salt, sugar, and pasta sauce (tomato sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste, I prefer a tangy flavor), then add the macaroni and stir-fry for a few moments before serving.
