Ingredients for Black Pepper Italian Pasta: 110g Italian noodles, pork or beef (optional), a little onion, a little okra, 1 hot dog, and 50g black pepper sauce.
Method:
Step 1: The main ingredient is ready.
Step 2: Soak the noodles in water for half an hour to make them easier to cook, or use a pressure cooker for a quicker process. Fold the noodles in half due to soaking.
Step 3: Chop the ingredients. I cook with whatever is available at home, which is why okra was included.
Step 4: Use a small amount of oil and start by stir-frying the onions.
Step 5: Add the meat, hot dog, and okra all at once. If it’s too dry, add some pasta water.
Step 6: Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked noodles. Dish out when the sauce is almost absorbed. If you prefer a soupy version, turn off the heat earlier.
Step 7: The dish is ready to be served. Enjoy!
Cooking Tips: Pasta tastes better when cooked for a longer time. You can also substitute it with Chinese noodles based on personal preference.
