Italian Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients for Italian Tomato Soup: 1 small yellow onion, 2 tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1000ml chicken broth, 3g cumin powder, salt to taste, black pepper to taste.
Method: Step 1: Peel and chop the onion. Step 2: Heat oil in a soup pot over low heat, add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant without browning the onions. Step 3: Add chicken broth and tomatoes, simmer for 35 minutes, then add cumin powder. Step 4: Use an immersion blender to puree the soup into a smooth consistency, season with salt and pepper.
