White Chocolate Hello Kitty Cloud Cake Recipe

Ingredients for White Chocolate Hello Kitty Cloud Cake:
– 3 eggs


– 10g sugar (for egg yolks)


– 25ml milk


– 25g corn oil


– 45g cake flour


– 25g sugar (for egg whites)


– 7g cornstarch


– 40g white chocolate


– 0.5g purple sweet potato powder



Step-by-step instructions for making White Chocolate Hello Kitty Cloud Cake:


1. Separate egg whites and yolks, add 10g sugar to yolks, and beat until pale.


2. Mix corn oil and milk until emulsified, then pour into beaten yolks and stir well.


3. Sift in cake flour.


4. Stir in a zigzag pattern until smooth.


5. Combine egg whites, 25g sugar, and 7g cornstarch, beat at high speed first, then low speed.


6. Beat until stiff peaks form.


7. Fold 1/3 of the meringue into the yolk mixture.


8. Pour back into the remaining meringue and quickly fold to combine.


9. Pour the batter into the mold and tap to remove large air bubbles.


10. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.


11. Melt white chocolate over hot water.


12. Optionally, add purple sweet potato powder for color, pour into the mold, and freeze.


13. Remove the baked cake, invert to cool, then demold.


14. It’s delicious.
